Refund Policy
Clear and fair. Annual plan refunds within 30 days. Monthly plans cancel anytime, no partial refunds.

Cancel anytime
Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. No partial refunds for unused days.
30-day full refund
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of an annual purchase, email us and we'll issue a full refund. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are billed on the same day each month. If you cancel:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You retain full access to your paid plan features until that date.
- No refund is issued for the current billing period — you've already received access.
- No questions asked. Cancel any time from your account dashboard.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are billed once per year and offer the best per-month rate.
- Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Email support@creatorshield.app with the subject "Refund Request" and include your account email.
- After 30 days: Annual plans are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent renewal at year-end, and you retain access through the paid period.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Free Plan
The Free plan is completely free — there is nothing to refund. The email scanner and brand deal detector are free forever, with no credit card required.
Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages. Contact support@creatorshield.app with the details and we will review within 2 business days.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@creatorshield.app with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- The email address on your account
- Brief reason (optional — helps us improve)
We process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund arrives on your card within 5–10 business days after processing (varies by bank).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and may prevent you from creating a new account. We respond to all customer emails within 1–2 business days and are happy to resolve billing issues directly.
