You can scan a suspicious email in seconds with no account required.

Paste the email text into the scanner at /scan. Our AI analyzes the sender domain, message content, urgency tactics, link patterns, and brand impersonation signals. Within seconds, you get a risk score from 0–100, a verdict (Safe / Suspicious / Dangerous), and a plain-English breakdown of each red flag found.

Go to creatorshield.app/scan. Copy the suspicious email — ideally including the sender's name, email address, subject line, and full body text. Paste it into the text box and click "Scan Now." No account is required. Results appear in seconds.

Yes. The Email Threat Scanner and Brand Deal Fraud Detector are free forever — no credit card required, no trial period, no expiration. We believe every creator should have access to basic security tools regardless of tier. Paid plans (Pro and Pro+) add breach monitoring, weekly reports, and account takeover alerts.

CreatorShield is fully responsive and works in your phone's browser. Visit creatorshield.app on any device. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap. For now, the web app works well on mobile — you can copy an email and paste it into the scanner directly from your inbox app.

The risk score runs from 0 to 100. Here's how to read it:

• 0–34: Safe — No significant red flags. Proceed with normal caution.
• 35–64: Suspicious — Something looks off. Verify before responding or clicking anything.
• 65–100: Dangerous — High likelihood of phishing or fraud. Do not click links or reply.

The score is accompanied by specific explanations for each flag raised.

Breach monitoring checks your email addresses against the HaveIBeenPwned database — the world's largest public database of breached credentials. When your email appears in a newly discovered data breach, we alert you immediately so you can change your passwords before attackers exploit the leaked credentials. Pro plan monitors 3 emails; Pro+ monitors 10.

Account takeover (ATO) monitoring watches for signs of compromise on your YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Twitch accounts. It detects unusual public activity patterns that indicate unauthorized access — like sudden content changes, permission modifications, or suspicious login signals. Available on Pro+ (up to 5 accounts). Note: ATO monitoring doesn't require your platform passwords.

Log in and go to your dashboard. Navigate to the "Breach Monitor" section and click "Add Email." Enter the email address you want to monitor and click Add. We'll run an initial check immediately and monitor it going forward. Pro plan allows up to 3 addresses; Pro+ allows up to 10.

We check monitored email addresses against HaveIBeenPwned every 6 hours. When a new breach is detected, we send you an immediate email alert to your CreatorShield account email with the name of the breached service and recommended actions. You'll also see it in your dashboard the next time you log in.

Go to the pricing section on the homepage and click "Start Pro" or "Start Pro+." Select monthly or annual billing (annual saves you up to $58/year). You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. After payment, your account upgrades immediately — no waiting, no activation required.

Both plans include everything in Free plus breach monitoring and weekly security reports. The key difference:

• Pro ($12/mo or $115/yr): Breach monitoring for up to 3 email addresses. Security score dashboard.
• Pro+ ($24/mo or $230/yr): Everything in Pro, plus account takeover monitoring for up to 5 social accounts, and breach monitoring for up to 10 emails.

Pro+ is for creators with larger brand footprints and multiple accounts to protect.

Log in and go to your dashboard. Click "Manage Plan" in the billing section. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update your card, or download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed, but you can cancel to stop future charges. Email support@creatorshield.app with "Refund Request" in the subject. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Free users can run unlimited scans. There are no hard daily limits on email scanning — the free plan is genuinely unlimited for the scanner and brand deal detector. Paid plans add the additional features (breach monitoring, reports, ATO) on top of unlimited scanning.

Yes. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds) — we can't recover them. Email content you submit for scanning is never stored; it's analyzed and immediately discarded. See our Privacy Policy for the complete picture.

No. The text content you paste into the scanner is transmitted securely to our AI analysis system, analyzed, and immediately discarded. We store the scan result (score, verdict, threat category, timestamp) but not the underlying email text. Your sensitive communications stay private.

No. CreatorShield is an independent security product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Twitch, or any other social media platform. The platform names referenced in our features are mentioned only to describe which platforms our monitoring covers.

Email support@creatorshield.app with the subject "Delete My Account" from the email address on your account. We will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it first (via the billing portal) to avoid further charges.
